These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("User", "Investor") and UAB Baltic Freya, registration code 305174399, registered at 19 Tulpiu st., Garliava 53250, Lithuania ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing this Data Room, you acknowledge that all information contained herein regarding Freya Farms and Freya Cultivation Systems is strictly private and confidential.

You agree to keep all information confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of researching and evaluating a potential investment opportunity or business engagement with Freya Farms ("the Purpose"). You shall not disclose, share, reproduce, or publish any data, financial figures, projections, or intellectual property details found on this platform to any third party without express written consent from UAB Baltic Freya.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
